Ages and Stages Questionnaire-3 (ASQ-3)The ASQ is a developmental screening tool for children 1 to 66 months. The tools include five domains: gross motor, fine motor, communication, problem-solving, and personal-social. The ASQ was rated a high-quality screening tool by the American Academy of Neurology, Child Neurology Society, and First Signs. Ages and Stages Questionnaire: Social Emotional-2 (ASQ:SE-2)The ASQ:SE-2 is a social emotional screening tool. The purpose of the ASQ:SE is to identify children who are at risk for social emotional delays and need more comprehensive social emotional assessments. The ASQ:SE-2 is valid and reliable for children 3 months to 66 months old and takes less than 10 minutes to administer. Both the ASQ and the ASQ:SE are flexible and appropriate for a variety of cultural groups; irrelevant or inappropriate items can be omitted and scoring procedures can be adapted. Greenspan Social Emotional Growth Chart (SEGC)The SEGC is a validated, norm-referenced screening of key social emotional milestones in infants and young children from birth to 42 months. The 35-item questionnaire is designed to be completed by parents or caregivers in less than 10 minutes. Temperament and Atypical Behavior Scale (TABS)The TABS is a screening and assessment tool for children ages 11 months to 71 months. The TABS screening tool is a short, 15-item questionnaire designed to be completed by parents in five minutes. |
