Login Issues

If you or a staff member are having issues accessing an account, the first step should be to double check that you are using the correct email address to log in. If you are unsure of what this is, any Training & Curriculum Specialist or Program Manager at your program can check your profile.

Secondly, check if you are getting any errors or warning messages when trying to log in. These messages will let you know how to proceed.

If you have never logged in to your ³Ô¹ÏÍø account, and your email account was created after your ³Ô¹ÏÍø account, your ³Ô¹ÏÍø account may be blocked. See our help article for more information.

Otherwise, please look through the help articles below for information on fixing most login issues.

If you are having trouble logging in to your ³Ô¹ÏÍø account, the best way to regain access would be to use the Forgot Password feature.

Alternatively, if you are having trouble with the steps below, you may ask a supervisor at your program to change your password by editing your account details.

  1. Make sure no one is signed in to ³Ô¹ÏÍø on your browser.
  2. Click on "Installation Staff Sign In" in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Click on the blue "Forgot your username/password?" link.
  4. You will receive an email with a single-use token. Copy the token.
    1. Tip: You may use your computer’s Copy and Paste features to make copying the token easier.
  5. Click on the single-use web link provided in the email.
  6. On the website, enter or paste the token from the previous step and then click the Submit button.
  7. Enter your new password.
    1. Do not use the single-use token provided as a password.
    2. Make sure you can easily remember your new password.
  8. Click the "Log In" button.

You can help your staff access their account by sending them a password reset or manually setting their password for them.

As a security measure, user accounts are automatically locked for 6 hours after 5 incorrect password attempts have been made trying to sign in. We are unable to unlock accounts before the 6 hours have passed. You may sign in to your account once before the 6 hours are up by changing your password. However, once you sign out you will not be able to access your account again until the 6 hours have passed.

Note, this is not the same as having an email blocked because we could not deliver correspondence. For that instance, see our tutorial on .

If after reading our ³Ô¹ÏÍø articles you are still having issues accesing your account, please contact us at support@virtuallabschool.org. Make sure to include as much detail about the issue as possible, including your name, ³Ô¹ÏÍø email and installation.
