New Focused Topics Course "Creating Gender Safe Spaces" Now Available
We are pleased to announce that the latest focused topics course, Creating Gender Safe Spaces, is now available to anyone, anywhere. Learn the facts about gender identity and development to better support all children in your program and connect with families. The course contains information, strategies, activities, and resources to construct inclusive programs. The training helps staff create environments that help all children, including those who are gender-expansive or LGBTQ, develop healthy self-esteem, feel authentic and safe. The first five lessons are directed at all program staff, whether in a direct care role or not. The final lesson is geared toward training and curriculum specialists and administrators.
