1. What have been the most successful strategies or tools you have seen a staff member use to build relationships with children and families? How might these practices be incorporated program-wide?
    
2. What commonalities do you notice among staff members, children or families who have had a difficult time building relationships within your program? What policies or supports might help them connect with others in your program?
