Read the scenario below: Crystal observes Makayla (7 years old) and Cameron (11), two children in the school-age program, having an argument about whose turn it is at the computer station. Makayla insists that another staff member told her she could have a turn next, and Cameron yells, “Ms. Crystal said I could have a turn!” Makayla ignores Cameron and moves forward with sitting at the computer station. Cameron tells Makayla she is going to “get it on the bus tomorrow.” Cameron further threatens Makayla using sexually explicit language to describe how he is going to make her perform sex acts. As he is speaking, Cameron forcefully puts his hand down Makayla’s pants and touches her genital area. Makayla runs toward Crystal and is very upset.
